2015年年底,浙江理工大学熊杰副研究院与中国水稻所陶龙兴研究院合作,在 Environmental and Experimental Botany (2016, 122: 141-149)上发文阐述了高NO 3 - 环境导致水稻植株Cd积累上升的机理。研究使用旭月非损伤微测技术( Non-invasive Micro-test Technology,NMT ),检测了水稻根部Cd 2+ 吸收量的动态变化。 农业生产中,常使用高浓度硝态氮提升水稻产量,但高浓度硝态氮对水稻Cd富集的影响知之甚少。研究观察了水稻在0、1倍浓度、2倍浓度NO 3 - 溶液中,水稻植株内NO 3 - 、Cd、Fe的含量变化,Cd 2+ 吸收量的动态变化以及Fe/Cd转运体的相对表达量。 30 μM Cd 2+ 环境...
